FIELD: medicine, virology. SUBSTANCE: method involves infection of cell cultures Vero (strain E6) or diploid cells of the strain Л-68 with Ebol or Marburg virus followed by their addition with microcarriers in fermenter with nutrient medium. Cultivation of the infected cell cultures and viruses Ebol and Marburg is carried out simultaneously. Extracellular virus is removed from fermenter at stationary accumulation phase followed by periodical nutrient medium change with the fresh medium and the further virus cultivation up to stationary accumulation phase and periodical its removing from fermenter. Method ensures to decrease cultivation cycle by 1.5-2-fold. EFFECT: improved method of virus culturing. 3 cl
