FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has high frequency electric current source, handle, rod and end piece electrode having cutting part manufactured from electric conductive material and coated with heat-resistant electric insulation material layer. The heat-resistant electric insulation material layer has through cut in cutting part zone which width is equal to 0.1-2.5 mm.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in exerting electric surgical action upon biological tissues in selected cross-section plane; excluded tissue and organs injuries; reduced coagulation product adhesion.
