FIELD: traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at providing locking zone in any step of angular displacement of hinge unit with freedom of one-direction angle displacement. To that end, hinge connection has frame 1 consisting of upper and lower levers with limb-attachment means and hinge unit with locking mechanism kinematically connected with levers 3. Hinge unit includes holder and hub, between which cylindrical rolls 11 with springs 12 are disposed, pusher springs interacting with hub axle movable along pockets of frame. Holding may interact with cavity inside hinge unit case either using friction or gear mechanism. Upper lever is kinematically connected with hub, whereas lower lever is connected with its one end to hub and with its other one, pivotally, to support plate displacing at a specified angle relative to this lever.
