FIELD: medical engineering; traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: exoskeleton has frame with elements of attachment to trunk and two pairs of levers hinged to frame. Each pair consists of coxofemoral and talocrural levers coupled to each other by means of hinged joint. With one end pair of levers is coupled to frame, and with the other end, to platform which is stirrup base. Mechanism fixing the hinged joint with ratchet toothed engagement and coupling the levers is connected kinematically with bearing platform. Hinged joint fixing mechanism consists of segments of toothed wheels positioned in parallel and mounted on common axle with reciprocal shift of inclined teeth, two springs of adjustable flexibility and step-by-step operation positioned on both sides of hinged joint body, catches, body cover and protective covers. Coxofemoral and talocrural levers are made extensible as cylindrical studs coupled to cylindrical tubes by means of left-hand and right-hand thread. Talocural levers have fixed slope angle relative to platform, and coxofemoral lever is made for longitudinal motion. In addition, frame elements are added with supporting lever having means for fixing to seat base in hinged joint. EFFECT: improved design. 8 dwg
