FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves culturing the strain-19 under submerged condition on liquid nutrient medium containing Hottinger digest, glycerol, glucose, NaCl, yeast extract and water. Concentration and purification of the grown bacterial mass is carried out using ultrafiltration unit and separating apparatus and 0.5% phenol-lysing physiological solution. Antigen is inactivated in bioreactor at 80 C for 60 min. Process time is decreased from 72 to 24 h. EFFECT: enhanced quality, decreased net cost of the end product. 2 cl, 1 tbl
