SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing nutrient medium containing Hottinger digest, liver extract, peptone, dried yeast extract, sodium chloride, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium hydrogen phosphate, glucose, cattle normal serum, L-arginine, Tween-80 and distilled water. Prepared medium is subjected for cold filtration through plate filter, sowing material of the strain BP-2 is added and submerged culturing is carried out. After culturing termination protective medium of the following composition is added, vol.%: gelatin 4; peptone 15; sucrose 20, and phosphate-buffer solution - the rest. This method ensures to obtain necessary concentration of microorganisms without cultural fluid concentrating. Protective medium ensures to retain viability of cells of the strain BP-2 for 12 months.
