FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to method of differential diagnosis of diseases with oncological and non-oncological genesis. Summary: method involves measuring electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes and decrease of electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes by less than 49 % of physiological norm is diagnosed disease of not oncological genesis. At reduction of electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes by more than 50 % of physiological standard disease of oncological genesis is diagnosed, with physiological norm equal to 1.75±0.04 mqm·cm/V·s.
EFFECT: using declared invention enables more effective differential diagnosis of diseases with oncological and non-oncological genesis.
