SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting mucosa of the entrance to the vagina in transverse direction more close to the posterior perineal commisure near the hymen base, making canal between the urinary bladder and the rectum to rectovesical recess peritoneum, introducing laparoscope and catching peritoneum through it at the top from the side of the abdominal cavity. Peritoneal edges are brought down and sutured to the entrance to the vagina, forming vault from biologically compatible material and suturing to the anterior, posterior and lateral portions of the so built vagina.
