FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of medical equipment and is used in treatment of diseases of organs and organism cavities by low-frequency ultrasound. The device contains the ultrasonic generator, acoustic knot and a cylindrical waveguide-tool attached to it through a hairpin. By the first version of performance the waveguide-tool represents the cylindrical cover, which inlet opening is encapsulated with an one-piece flange with a cover, having an aperture for joining through a hairpin to acoustic knot. By the second version - the waveguide-tool is executed in the form of the truncated cylindrical cover. The internal surface of a cover, except area of contact to a flange, is supplied by a covering reflecting ultrasound.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify design of the device and to raise efficiency of single sanation of distal and lateral sites of tissues of the centre of infection at use of low-frequency ultrasound in treatment of a wide range of diseases of organs and organism cavities.
