FIELD: machine tools. SUBSTANCE: device for longitudinal cutting of roll materials has two parallel shafts mounted in the base, rotary drive for actuating the shafts, circular cutting blades secured on the shafts, flexible pressure rings situated between the circular cutting blades and support rollers mounted to rotate and to interact with the pressure rings. The centers of the pressure rings are shifted relative to circular cutting blades oppositely to the material feed direction. The support rollers are mounted on a frame, which is made movable for changing the value of displacement of the pressure ring centers. The device is provided with a frame drive and with means for retaining the frame in the required position. The width of each pressure ring exceeds the width of opposing circular cutting blade.
