SUBSTANCE: apparatus for reducing metal oxides by carbon and melting metals in blast furnace includes mouth device for feeding charge, tuyeres arranged in lower part of furnace for supplying hot combination blast with fuel additives, taps for tapping metal and slag, additional row of tuyeres for feeding hot combination blast with fuel additives directly to melt metal bath in hearth of furnace, charging device for feeding charge through tuyeres of lower row directly to hearth of furnace, equipment for measuring pressure fluctuations of gaseous media in input of hearth and output of mouth part of furnace, system for testing and controlling technical parameters with use of microcomputer for processing results of measuring pressure fluctuations of said gaseous media, forming command signals and performing said commands by means of respective correction of blast parameters and order of charge feed to furnace.
