FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used at melting of cast iron in blast furnaces. Method includes loading into furnace of titaniferous magnetite raw materials and coke, feeding into nozzles of heated oxygen-enriched combustion air, natural gas, discharge of cast iron and slag. At increasing of titanium concentration in cast iron per each 0.01% above 0.10% it is simultaneously increased oxygen consumption per 0.15-0.20% relative to air blast and slag basic capacity per 0.010-0.015%.
EFFECT: increase in blast furnace productivity and reduction of coke specific discharge.
