FIELD: methods for supply of natural gases sulfur additives to catalytic burners. SUBSTANCE: mixture of natural gas with air is prepared; amount of air shall be sufficient for oxidation of sulfur additives. Then mixture is heated to temperature sufficient for separation of free sulfur, but not below 530 C, after which this mixture is fed to catalytic burner. Device for realization of this method comprises main nozzle connected with pressure gas source and auxiliary nozzle communicated with main nozzle and with atmosphere. Device is also provided with diffuser whose inlet is connected with nozzles and outlet is connected with burner supply hole through heat exchanger. EFFECT: increased service life of catalyst. 6 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl
