SYSTEM OF DELIVERY OF CATALYTIC AEROSOL AND METHOD OF CATALYTIC OF FUEL BURNING Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC F23C13/00

Abstract RU 2386078 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: in invention it is proposed system of delivery of catalytic aerosol, providing receiving of aerosol, containing catalytic agent for deliver directly to area of flame of reacting system of fuel burning, or directly to inlet of air or to inlet of fuel or air-and-fuel mixture or directly into hot waste gases of burning reaction, or into any combination of these three oil fields. System of aerosol delivery for usage jointly with device for burning of fuel contains chamber allowing the first inlet for feeding into chamber of gas source, the second inlet for feeding into chamber of catalytic agent solution, containing one or several inorganic salts of metals, and spray nozzle for outlet of fluid from chamber in the form of aerosol; herewith the first inlet, the second inlet and spray nozzle are located so that gas and fluid in chamber are mixed and are joined so that to form aerosol at outlet through the nozzle, herewith nozzle allows fluid communication to one or several areas, selected from the group, in which it is introduced area for preparation of burning, burning area and afterburning area. Nozzle is located in burning area. Nozzle is located in area of preparation for burning, in which air and fuel are mixed before burning. Nozzle is located in area of preparation for burning, in which is only fuel or only air, so beforehand mixing of two components. Nozzle is located in afterburning area. Nozzle allows conical shape. System of aerosol delivery contains several nozzles. Feeding of gas and catalytic solution into chamber is continuous, so that aerosol is uninterruptedly spraied from nozzle. Catalytic solution contains one or several compositions, containing metal, selected from group, in which there are introduced platinum, palladium, rhodium, rhenium, rutenum, osmium, cerium, iridium, indium, magnesium, aluminium, titanium, copper, zinc, lithium, potassium, sodium, iron, molybdenum, manganese, gold and silver. Composition is in solution at concentration from 0.1 up to 2.0 mg/ml.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction of pollution, created ensured by emissions from combustion chambers provides more effective and pure combustion.
