FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves analysis of samples obtained from serum and supernatant venous blood and cyst content. Protein ferritin is determined in serum blood and supernatant. Cyst relapse is diagnosed if ferritin content is increased in supernatant. Residual osseous cavity is diagnosed if ferritin content in supernatant corresponds to that in serum blood. EFFECT: increased precision of pathological process assay.
