FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: gaseous flow containing impurity of chlorine fluorides is passed successively through three layers of granulated calcium carbonate. Temperature of these layers: 230-600, 15-35 and 300-600 C, respectively. EFFECT: decreased toxicity of fluorine- and chlorine-containing gaseous exhaust. 1 tbl
