FIELD: biotechnology, vaccines. SUBSTANCE: method involves infection of the tissue culture with the parent virus followed by incubation at regime of periodical virus-containing fluid removal. In 0.5-1.5 h after infection nonadsorbed virus is transferred to new tissue culture that is incubated under the same conditions and removals of virus-containing fluid from each culture were combined. At high infectious activity of the last infected culture in 0.5-1.5 h after its incubation onset nonadsorbed virus can be transferred to the next tissue culture and removals obtained from the latter were combined with population of the regenerated strain.
