FIELD: contact heat exchangers. SUBSTANCE: device includes perforated and porous drums mounted in housing coaxially at spaced relation; drums are mounted on hollow drive shaft forming circular passage. Device is also provided with perforated stator embracing the perforated drum. Holes of perforated stator are made in planes of holes of perforated drum at circumferential pitch which is not equal to and not multiple of that of holes of perforated drum. Device is provided with liquid supply and discharge branch pipes located on opposite sides of circular passage, branch pipe supplying gas into clearance between housing and perforated drum and branch pipe discharging gas from cavity of shaft.
