FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: food product comprises shell from edible material having upper and lower parts. Each of them is made in the form of flat cake connected with each other by inner surfaces with forming, at least, one cavity for filling. Cavity is formed by hollows made in upper and lower parts of shell. Hollow depth of upper part is 0.2-0.4 of that of lower part. For preventing extrusion of filling, its surface is disposed with clearance relative to inner surface of upper part. Pan for baking the shell of food product comprises upper and lower half-forms. Their each working surface has projection for forming hollow, cavity for forming base of flat cake and groove for forming edge of outer contour of flat cake.
