FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes heating of immiscible in each other metals to temperature higher than the critical one by, at least, 50 C to obtain homogeneous melt, holding of melt for 5-30 min, subsequent pulling of ingot and cooling up to full crystallization in crossed electric and magnetic fields with current density varying in accordance with density, conductivity of components, induction of magnetic field and rate of ingot pulling in compliance with the expression given in the invention description.
