FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves enzymatic hydrolysis of bovine tracheas with 2-3 volumes of 0.5-1% pepsin solution at 38-40 C and pH = 1.5-2, pepsin inactivation, separation of precipitate formed and the following its dissolving in water. Before precipitation hydrolyzate is subjected for chromatography on column with diethylaminoethylcellulose using 1-2% HCl solution as an eluent. The dialyzed end product aqueous solution is used for drying. EFFECT: improved method of preparing.
