FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry, vitamins. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing vitamin $$$ solution, addition of filling agents, mixture granulation, granule drying at 40-45 C and preparing medicinal form. Solvent for vitamin $$$ is natural gastric juice. Dissolving vitamin $$$ is carried out in the presence of hyaluronic acid and pentacin at 70-80 C for 20-30 min at mass ratio of solvent, vitamin $$$, hyaluronic acid and pentacin = 100: (1-2): (2-4): (0.5-1). Solution is cooled to 4-8 C, acetone (4-6 volumes) is added, precipitate is dried by multiple washing off with acetone and before granulation 1 mas. p. powder is mixed with 1000-2000 mas. p. filling agent using lactose as vehicle. EFFECT: increased stability of vitamin $$$ for the prolonged storage.
