FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of atropine sulfate as tablets. Before addition to tablet matrix 1 mas. p. atropine sulfate is mixed with 2-3 mas. p. p. hyaluronic acid and mixture is dissolved in 10-20 mas. p. p. water acidified to pH = 3.0-4.0 at 80-100 C for 20-30 min. Then solution is cooled at 4-6 C for 2-4 h, 3-4 volumes of ethanol were added and the formed deposit is dried. Lactose is used as filling agent for tablets making. The obtained substance shows prolonged effect. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 1 tbl
