METHOD OF REGENERATION OF PRODUCTS WITH SOLDERED PARTS AND DEVICE FOR ITS EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: production of nonferrous metals and alloys from secondary raw materials. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes arrangement of regenerated products at equal distance from the common center of rotation, heating of products at temperature of 170-300 C in direction from common center to periphery, application to them centrifugal forces, separation of parts and solder at separation factor value of 150-800, and their separation. The device for embodiment of the offered method has mounting appliance for location and fixing of products whose side wall is removable in form of upper and lower rings interconnected by a row of vertical posts. Side wall is fitted with lower ring onto projection of faceplate and fastened to it by bayonet joint. Supporting member of mounting appliance is made in form of hollow shaft installed vertically. Heater has support tubular in shape and located inside mounting appliance over its central axis so that support is located inside shaft. Fixing members are located on vertical posts so that stops facing beads of lower rings. EFFECT: higher degree of recovery of solder and its purity. 7 cl, 3 dwg
