FIELD: metering equipment. SUBSTANCE: the meter uses an AC generator, amplifier, phase discriminator making up an electronic transducer, capacitors and inductive components, reference capacitor correcting the output signal zero, connecting line in the form of a screened cable accommodating the conductor, connected to an electric variable- capacitance transducer. A mating module in the form of a capacitance-induction bridge is placed between the variable-capacitance transducer and transducer, two arms of the bridge are made up of inductive components, an the two others - of conductor with the pick-up and second conductor located in the screened cable.
