FIELD: medicine, virology.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to study erythrocytic suspensions of healthy patients and those with different hepatic diseases (hepatitis and cirrhosis of different etiology), measure average rates of each cell of the suspension, their minimal, average and maximal radiuses in certain time intervals during the period of the impact of alternating electric current at frequency f ranged 10 kHz - 5 MHz and average tension E0 of electric field in clearance between electrodes within 104-106 V/m and after the switch off. Based the data obtained one should detect viscoelastic characteristics of erythrocytes to form the massive of data for predicting hepatic diseases. Then it is important to carry out analogous measurements of erythrocytic samples for detecting viscoelastic characteristics of erythrocytes followed by comparing these data against corresponding values detected for different types of hepatic pathology. One should estimate the value of proximity of measured erythrocytic characteristics against each available type of diagnosis, and according to its minimal value it is possible to conclude upon the presence of one or another hepatic pathology.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.
