FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: container has external and internal cylindrical shells with bottoms. Space between shells is filled with heavy concrete and coated with sealing compound. Placed in concrete filler are gas ducts interconnected through annular header. Gas ducts and header are made in the form of metal cables. Channels in ceiling communicates with header and is brought outside container. On outside, channel is closed with water-tight membrane. Channel accommodates flame suppressor made in our design version in the form of gravel gas-permeable plug. EFFECT: improved safety. 3 cl, 1 dwg
