FIELD: handling spent nuclear fuel. SUBSTANCE: container is installed vertically and space between external and internal cylindrical shells with bottoms is covered with concrete. Prior to concreting, container is mounted with bottom up. Plastic concrete mix is fed to common distributing device wherefrom it is delivered on container bottom side to interblock space of container for which purpose holes are made in bottom of external shell to receive hoses dropped inside and connected to common distribution device. Hoses are uniformly arranged over circumference in interblock space and deep vibrators are placed between hoses to form vibration pack together with hoses. As interblock space is filled up with concrete up with concrete mix, vibration pack and distribution device are continuously displaced upwards by means of hoisting facility. Upon concreting, holes in external shell bottom are closed with caps. EFFECT: improved safety of radioactive fuel transportation and storage. 2 cl, 2 dwg
