SUBSTANCE: radiation shielding concrete primarily used to prepare reinforced concrete and metal concrete for manufacturing reinforced-concrete and metal-concrete containers for storage and/or transport of radioactive materials includes preparation of concrete mix with ingredients of its filler prepared in advance from scale; during preparation scale filler is passivated; it is mixed up with water, then wet scale filler is placed in furnace wherein it is held under specified conditions; prior to passivating mentioned filler is enriched by washing it with water.
