FIELD: radioactive waste recovery. SUBSTANCE: waste ion-exchange resins are treated with sodium hydroxide, mixed with water and crushed granular blast-furnace slag, and mixture obtained is hardened. Mass proportion of mixture (water: blast-furnace slag: sodium hydroxide) is 1:1.36:0.27-0.04, respectively. Dry ion-exchange resin content in mixture is not over 18 mass percent. EFFECT: high degree of hardened block filling with ion-exchange resins. 1 tbl
