FIELD: filtration technics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of physico-chemical purification of substances. In filter plate, identical straight-line cylindrical regions are created possessing reduced chemical stability, whereupon these regions are destroyed when treated by etching agent which does not affect or weakly interacts with remaining part of plate. To create such chemically unstable regions, cylindrical filter material stock is first pierced with parallel bundle of cylindrical straight-line fibers or chemically unstable material rods. Then, stock is cut into elementary plates at different angles to stock axis and plates are bound with one another into a single mosaic plate. Cutting and binding procedures are performed in such a manner as to direct axes of elementary plate rods at required angles to their common center. EFFECT: simplified procedure. 2 cl, 1 dwg
