SUBSTANCE: device has a base, upper plate with a workpiece chuck installed in parallel with the base, heating element with the heating element heating and cooling system, and a heating coil with an additional central leadout. A pair of links is provided in the device that join the base and upper plate through hinges, as well as a system of wedges installed on the base and upper plate and engaged with balls located in strips secured on the ends of the heating element.
