DEVICE FOR FINE FEED OF WORKPIECES AT GRINDING Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2092298 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering and instrumentation engineering for effective finishing of workpieces by grinding. SUBSTANCE: device has a base made in the form of a fixed plate with a wedge and bracket rigidly secured on it. The upper plate is positioned in parallel with the base and carries a workpiece chuck. The heating element is connected to the heating and cooling system. The device uses a wedge located between the base and the upper plate and engaged with them through bodies of revolution in the form of balls enclosed in a cage. The upper plate moves of guides, the lower of which is secured on the base, and the upper one - on the upper plate. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
