FIELD: apparatuses for precise feeding of blanks at cutting, possibly at finish grinding of blanks in machine engineering and instrument making plants. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for microfeeding blanks includes base and upper plate with attachment for securing blank. Unit for moving upper plate is arranged between base and upper plate. Said unit includes heat member, stationary and movable wedges. Spring-loaded wedge is mounted in bracket. Stem of said wedge serves as core of electromagnet mounted in base. One end of movable wedge engages with spring secured to another bracket; other end of movable wedge engages with spring-loaded wedge. At finish grinding stage heat member moves movable wedge for feeding blank. Simultaneously spring-loaded wedge and spring provide fixation of blank in predetermined time moment. EFFECT: improved design providing lowered delay of apparatus and enhanced accuracy of microfeed of blank. 3 dwg
