FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for contouring and geotechnological differentiation of ores in infiltration deposits, primarily of uranium which are prospected for development by underground leaching. Method allows for differentiation of precious ores with high efficiency and accuracy at low cost. Method implies drilling and testing of prospecting bore-holes. This includes aseptic testing at which determined during 3-4 days is activity of sulfate reducing microorganisms. According to results, plotted are isolines of bacteria content in plan and cross-section. Determined are mineralization zones of various geotechnological characteristics. Zones corresponding to high concentration of bacteria which characterize active growing of bacteria are related to high-grade for underground lixiviation, zones with medium activity of bacteria are related to standard, and zones with lower concentration of bacteria are related to sub-standard. In parallel with investigation of microflora, possible is to perform evaluation of ore opening by means of leaching solutions with obtaining technological parameters.
