SUBSTANCE: device for crushing mineral and artificial materials has cutter holder with passage and with front end surface, cutter, and outfit to prevent getting of crushed material into cutter holder passage. Cutter has working head with supporting surface and tail-piece installed in cutter holder passage for possible turning around its longitudinal axis. Outfit to prevent getting of crushed material into cutter holder passage is in the form of recess for catching dross.
