FIELD: mining machinery. SUBSTANCE: cutting bit of mining cutter-loader has body, transportation blades, cutter holders and rock-crushing tools. Transportation blades are located on bit body along spiral lines and displaced relative to each other. Working surface of transportation blades is formed by at least part of side surface of cutter holder body. Rock-crushing tools are installed at constant crushing pitch on at least part of spiral line which determines configuration of corresponding transportation blade. Value of crushing pitch of rock-crushing tools which are installed at constant pitch on part of one of spiral lines exceeds value of crushing pitch of rock-crushing tools which are arranged at constant pitch on adjacent spiral line.
