FIELD: medicine; surgical autoplastic methods for treatment of vast burn-caused wounds. SUBSTANCE: epidermal skin graft on peduncle is tailored out, followed by separating derma along perimeter of donor spot. Next derma is dried in vacuum, cooled down to temperature within range from +4 to -4 C, ground to microparticle size and mixed with stabilizing agent, such as antifibrinolithin used, e. g. in form of 0.5-1.0%-solution of epsilon-aminocapronic acid. Suspension thus-prepared is applied onto wound surface by suitable applicator, such as syringe for injecting suspension under burn crust, or needle-less injector for applying onto open wound surface. In conclusion, wound is covered by artificial skin. EFFECT: situations are ruled out in which autotransplant lacks; shorter treatment time. 5 cl
