FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating noodles into batch briquettes, placing them in separate retaining reservoirs with section penetrable for oil at the bottom, roasting briquettes in cooking oil. After roasting, cooking oil is removed from each reservoir by force by means of sucking it through device with head installed with a possibility of access to reservoir bottom. Installation for producing briquettes contains conveyors for moving several retaining reservoirs, oil bath and device for removing the oil.
