FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to production of fried noodles with length from 1 to 7 cm. Obtaining raw noodles, said noodles are subjected to gelatinisation process and gelated noodles are cut by length from 1 to 7 cm. Cut noodles are subject to superficial roasting, at which cut noodles are treated with grill oil without immersion into oil. One performs frying with impregnation of cut noodle, at which threaded noodles are forcibly immersed in frying oil by means to hold noodles from above. Obtained fried noodles intended for consumption after its recovery with hot water. Invention relates to container with instant noodles, in which above fried noodles are placed.
EFFECT: invention allows to preserve fried noodles separated from each other without undesirable bubbles on surface of produced noodles.
