FIELD: thermochemical treatment of inner surfaces of cylinders. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has table 1 with frame 2 provided with slots for parallel laying of set of cylinders 3 fixed on frame 2 by clamps 4. Each cylinder 3 has inner insulated electrode 5 and is covered with readily detachable cooled vacuum sealing members 6 provided with gas supply and discharge unions. Frame 2 may be rotated in vertical plane and fixed in thermostats 9 mounted on column. Common collector 11 for supplying gas by means of dripper 12 and common collector 13 may be mounted on column. Collector 13 is connected with vacuum pump 14. Cylinders 3 are connected with collectors 13 and 11 by flexible vacuum hoses 15. EFFECT: increased efficiency by simultaneous treatment of inner surfaces of set of cylinders, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
