FIELD: analytical methods. SUBSTANCE: chloridium manifesting noticeable photoelectrochemical activity is determined using voltammetric technique. Phthalocyanine chloridium is electrochemically concentrated on the surface of mercury-film electrode for 60-120 s under electrolysis potential 0.80-0.90 V in presence of 0.05 M tetrabutylammonium perchlorate in 9:1 dimethylformamide- chloronaphthalene mixture, after which registration of cathode peaks with linear rate of potential scanning 25-35 mV/s is performed. Concentration of phthalocyanine salt is found from height of cathode peak within potential range from -1.42 to -1.58 V relative to bottom mercury. EFFECT: improved accuracy of determination.
