FIELD: analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: butoprofide is transferred from sample to solution and inverse voltamperometric detection of butoprofide is performed using glass-carbon indicator electrode in agitated solution during 30-60 seconds at electrolysis potential ranging from -0,10 V to -0,05 V relatively to saturated chloride silver electrode on background of 0,01÷0,02 grammolecule/litre sodium hydroxide (pH 10÷12) in presence of 0,1% of ethylene spirits with following registration of cathode spikes in differential mode of taking voltamperograms at potential scanning speed equal to 20÷50 mV/s. Concentration of butoprofide is determined on basis of spike height in range of potentials from -0,55V to -0,70V by method of addition of certified mixtures.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity, speed and selectivity when detecting butoprofide.
