FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: fructan an aqueous extract is prepared from plant parts and subjected for ultrafiltration through the first diaphragm that retains carbohydrates and proteins of high molecular mass but passes through fructan. Then filtrate is passed through the second diaphragm retaining fructan by passing through salts and low-molecular mono- and oligosaccharides. The obtained fructan solution is brought about to pH = 5.0-7.0 using physiological system. The ready solution exhibits isotonicity similar with that of blood.
