SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to a protective device for a pre-filled syringe and an injector comprising the protective device. The protective device comprises a hollow support body configured to bear the pre-filled syringe, a hollow needle case configured to slide in relation to the support body, and a guide to direct the needle case moving in relation to the support body. The guide comprises an elastic lever with a guide pin extending from the elastic lever in the radial direction, and the guide; the guide pin is configured to project into the guide, and a separating wall extending into the guide in the direction parallel with a central axis of the protective device. The guide pin is configured to move along the guide to deflect the elastic lever in the lateral direction perpendicularly to the central axis when the needle case slides in relation to the support body. The guide pin moves along the guide to make the elastic lever and the separating wall interacting. The protective device comprises a rotation lock element between the support body and the needle case.
