FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a protective device for a pre-filled syringe. The device comprises a hollow support body for retaining the pre-filled syringe therein, a piston rod to move a piston in an inner cavity of the pre-filled syringe, a long slot formed in an outer surface of the support body, an outer body configured movable in relation to the support body; an inner surface of the substantially hollow outer body bears a tooth projecting inside and formed in the long slot; a proximal end of the piston rod adjoins the outer body or is its integral part; there are also provided a hollow needle case configured sliding in relation to the support body and a guide bar to guide the needle case in relation to the support body. The guide bar comprises a deflectable flexible lever with a guide pin radially extending from it; the flexible pin extends substantially in parallel with a central axis (A) of the protective device; provided is a guide rail configured to guide the guide pin within the guide rail and along it so that the guide pin follows the guide rail when the needle case slides in relation to the support body; the flexible lever is configured deflectable aside as long as the guide pin travels along a guide section directed at an acute angle in relation to the central axis (A). The flexible lever is coupled or integrated with the needle case or support body; the guide rail is formed in the support body or needle case respectively. The guide bar additionally comprises a long pull mounted in a long groove when the needle case moves in relation to the support body in the distal direction, thereby relative rotation of the needle case and support body is not allowed.

EFFECT: using the invention enables safe and easy injection.
