FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: device has elevator 1 with a branch for shot 2, rotatable separator 3 with a branch for large particles 4, control system for supplying and discharging air 5 and 6, respectively, dust settler 7 connected with air discharging system 6, and shot collector 8. Separator 3 is made up as a cylindrical or polyhedral drum with open end faces and is secured to shaft 9 and enclosed by housing 4. The drum consists of two portions. The inner side 12 of the first portion from the side 2 is provided with ladles 13 spaced along the spiral. The bottoms 14 of the ladles are arranged radially whereas front walls 15 are arranged tangentially. The other portion 3 is made up as a cylindrical screen 16. Air inflows the separator contrary to the flow of shot. Shaft 9 is inclined to branch 5. Shot collector 8 is arranged in the bottom portion of the housing. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
