FIELD: defectoscopy. SUBSTANCE: method includes scanning of plate by laser radiation and recording of diffused radiation. Scanning is performed with CO-laser with radiation wave length of 5-6 mcm and beam diameter , where λ is wave length of translucent radiation; h is plate thickness. Then radiation passed through face surface of plate is recorded. EFFECT: improved check results. 2 dwg
