SUBSTANCE: unit has vacuum envelope that functions to display pictures built up of bright dots on phosphor screen and incorporates group of adjacent electron sources, local electron channels interacting with electron sources and provided with walls of electrolyzing material with secondary emission coefficient useful for transport of generated electrons through vacuum in the form of electron flows at short distance from phosphor screen, and also facility for extracting each electron flow from channels at definite points and its transfer to desired point on phosphor screen to obtain picture built up of picture dots.
