SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary determination of heat-physical, thermodynamic and physical parameters of alcohol and water: temperature, density and heat capacity Cc and Cb were calculated by the parent formula: . According the assigned program of vodka production the required ratios of alcohol and water were regulated by volume Vc and Vb or consumption Qc and Qb by the following equation: Vc = α*c

• Qb where: th - temperature adjusted to normal conditions, for example 20 C - temperature of alcohol-water mixture, tc, ρc, Cc - temperature, density and heat capacity of alcohol; tb, ρb, Cb - temperature, density and heat capacity of water; Vb, Qb - the assigned values according production program. Components: highly concentrated vegetable extracts at concentration 95-100%, not less, at the following ratio (0.01-10) g/1000 dal. Composition of highly concentrated extracts obtained from the corresponding composition of vegetable raw can be used also. EFFECT: improved method of production. 3 dwg
